Import a PSD, PSB or TIFF up to 2 GB, or multiple PNG/JPG images. TIFF pages appear as individual layers. The decoder allows up to 2 GB of decoded pixel data per layer, with layers processed one at a time. Large PSDs use reduced-size layer previews; the maximum usable size depends on available device memory. The first layer appears at the front; nested PSD groups expand into individual layers. Use the eye to hide a layer and the arrows to reorder it.
Choose an output frame above the canvas or in Export. The framed preview uses the same camera and aspect ratio as the exported file. Preset size preserves the platform dimensions; other quality options resize the short edge. When enabled, the scene grid is included in the export.
The 2D composite tab uses the exact PSD canvas and original layer proportions. Normal stack, Linear wipe, and Fade in build from the bottom layer upward, one layer at a time. Layer slide keeps its directional motion and stagger, with optional thin Slide borders. Layer scaling is locked in 2D; canvas zoom changes only your view. Speed affects preview and exported animation; 2× plays and exports in half the duration. Space plays or pauses in either tab.
Switch Presets / Timeline to edit keyframes. Choose Entire stack, Selected layer or 3D camera. Click a property diamond or Add keys to capture a pose. Change time, edit values, and drag the diamonds to retime them. Select a key and Delete key to remove it; Linear, Ease and Hold control interpolation. Save preset stores your motion locally.
Drag to rotate. Shift + drag to move. Scroll to zoom the layers. Alt + scroll magnifies the canvas view without changing layer transforms, camera keyframes, or exports. Click the percentage to reset canvas zoom. Press F for a fullscreen canvas, then F or Esc to return. Double-click Rotate or Move to reset that tool, or use the canvas reset button to return to a centered, straight-on front view. Select a preset and press Space to play. Scrub the timeline for the perfect frame.
PSD layers use the raster previews saved by Photoshop. Save with compatibility enabled. Complex effects, clipping groups and adjustment layers may not match the Photoshop composite.
PNG supports transparency. MP4 and MOV use the browser encoder when available and a local software encoder for unsupported sizes. MP4 and MOV may use HEVC for larger frames. GIF is capped at 720 px for memory efficiency.
